CIDR Ranges where should we expand for Landing Zones (What should except for growth)

Landing Zones
When setting up a CIDR range for our data management zone we want to carve out CIDR ranges for future growth. I would like what is excepted to grow or stay static. What is the average for each type?

1. core [24-28]
   Does core ever change or can it be the min?
2. datbricks integration private [24-28]
   Private 16 to 254 data-bricks clusters?
3. datbricks integration pub [24-28]
   Private 16 to 254 data-bricks clusters?
4. datbricks product private [24-28]
   Private 16 to 254 data-bricks clusters?
5. datbricks product pub [24-28]
   Private 16 to 254 data-bricks clusters?
6. Power Bi [24-28]
   How many is needed for power bi do we only need 16?
7. Data integration 001 [24-28]
   What is the normal amount should block off for our first data integration
8. Data integration 002 [24-28]
9. Data Prod 001 [24-28]
   What is the normal amount should block off for our first data product
10. Data Prod 002 [24-28]

I want to know what CIDRS are fixed or can be changed in the future, I know databricks workspace is fixed.
