Classic CSS tweaks for Thunderbird Quantum v1.0.0

First release.

It contains most features known from CustomizeMyBird except custom scrollbars.

[Tabs]

• classic squared tabs (default, Aero, Glass 1-3)

[Buttons]

• classic button appearance for main toolbars, menubar and tabs toolbar
• custom button size for buttons on main toolbars and menubar
• icon sets (Tb1, Tb 2, ... )
• reduce icons on hover

• icon only (different icon versions)

[General UI]

• Toolbars: alternative toolbar appearance/colors (default, Aero, Glass 1-3)
• Attachment box: above mail content + at toolbars start
• Window: window header colors + caption button colors (Win10 only)
• configurable mail panel colors
• alternative column header appearance
• Quickfilter toolbar: at the bottom, icons/text/icons+text settings
• Menubar: position above/below tabs (default/Aero) + border
