Great work! Is it possible to use other means of authentication than Google/GitHub/Discord? E.g., is it possible to set up a self-hosted Keycloak server and use it to authenticate? Thanks for the information!

@annieappflowy any updates on this? It would be nice to set up a user/password on creation and then authenticate the cloud with that. For a single user the use of other sign in options feels unnecessary and this leaves the application open to people applying to get an account.

Templates Redirect to Web Version Instead of Downloading to Desktop App
AppFlowy's template feature is not functioning as expected in local-only installations. When attempting to use templates from the desktop application, the system redirects to the web-based version of AppFlowy instead of downloading the template locally. This behavior compromises the local-only usage requirement, which is essential for users handling sensitive work notes.
Steps to Reproduce:

Install AppFlowy desktop application (v0.7.7)
Configure for local-only setup
Navigate to templates section in the desktop app
Select any template
Observe redirection to web-based version requiring login

Expected Behavior:

Templates should download directly to the desktop application
No redirection to web version should occur
Template functionality should work completely offline
Local-only setup should be maintained throughout the template usage process

Actual Behavior:

User is redirected to web-based version of AppFlowy
Template is only accessible after logging into web version
Local-only functionality is compromised

Environment:

Operating System: Windows
AppFlowy Version: 0.7.7
Installation Type: Local-only setup

Impact:
This issue prevents users who require strict local-only usage from utilizing the template feature, particularly impacting those working with sensitive information who cannot use cloud-based solutions.
