Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The main reason I am suggesting this is due to a problem: I can't install AmogOS RPI on my Raspberry Pi 5 8GB due to Debian Bullseye base.

Describe the solution you'd like
Update the OS to be based on Debian 12 (RPi OS 5) instead of Debian 11 (RPi OS 4) to add support for the latest Pi 5 models.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Copying firmware and hardware libraries and editing the ID option can work but it is not that easy. I could use PINN but that requires tar.xz file.

Additional context
It gives incompatibillity error on Pi 5 based Pi's right now. The change will also add features like Raspberry Pi Connect to the RPI version.
