text does not have globally designated line heights. Can we make a consistent rule that both the 16px and 14px sizes have line heights 1.5em? Here are some examples of different
tag elements getting line height designations from different places. I'm not sure how things should be built, but it would be great to just know that any new paragraph text will have ample, consistent line height. The HTML 1.15em line height is just too tight and makes in harder to read text.
