“Scroll to fixed” ugly behavior

I open https://allmychanges.com/p/javascript/jscs/#2.0.0 and scroll page. Suddenly page ”jumped” because versions list was transformed to sticky. Good solution is replacing tags list with ”dummy” div when tags lists position changes to 'sticky'.
