Head over to:
"C:/Program files (86)/Steam/Skins/YourSkinName/resource"
Copy or drag the files in, click replace, restart steam and all done!
Right click on Finder, select "Go to Folder..." and put this in the search path:
~/Library/Application Support/Steam/Steam.AppBundle/Steam/Contents/MacOS/skins/YourSkinName/resource
Copy or drag the files in, click replace, restart steam and all done!
Open Terminal, copy and paste the following line:
~/.local/share/Steam/skins/YourSkinName/resource

Removed Soft and Hard Edges version, now all in 1 file.

The Code has been cleaned up, and shrink the file size down to 20%.

Switching Guide
Within the file on the top, there are a few lines named border0-border8.
Setting those ..px to 0px will make you switch to Hard Edges version.
If you ever want to switch back, the default properties are written behind the lines.
