When I try to run ZXPSignCmd.exe on my 64-bit Windows system, I encounter the following error message:

Not everyone gets this error, so I don't know what's going on...

I tested on my desktop(Win11) , my laptop(Win10) and VM(Win7).

The same error showed on all machines.
