Help feature has unclear documentation.

The documentation mentions:

Click the x button to close the window and return to the default display.

It clear where the `x button` is. The user needs to hover their mouse over the help tab in order to see the `x button`.

On the windows platform, where windows have an `x button` of their own, users may click that button instead.

As this is unclear, and the user may not realize this and will be stuck on this page, or unintentionally close the application.

Additionally, the documentation only documents the help window behavior in full screen. However, this is less of a bug, and more of an oversight.
