nicks vs Real Name

I'm trying to set matterircd up with our enterprise slack, and nearly every nick is displayed as an ID.
I'm trying to find a way to set matterircd to use "Real Name" as displayed nick, but I haven't yet found an option to do this. Can someone please tell me if it's possible?

Not a Slack user, but I think you want either slack.PreferNickname or slack.UseDisplayName per https://github.com/42wim/matterircd/blob/master/bridge/slack/slack.go#L862.
