Expand foreign words

In the Vinova IME, if you type something that causes a word to no longer be well-formed Vietnamese, the word is restored to the literal typed characters. As a VIQR user, I don’t personally need a feature like that, but I could imagine it being handy for Telex typists – even more so than #154 because you don’t have to determine ahead of time whether a word is foreign or native. My only concern is that this feature may not be completely predictable, since some foreign words may end up being valid Telex. This might be the reason Vinova switched to qfvxj Telex in tiendung/vinova@5bb9289 (#97).
