Audio Muting When Passing Trains\ Planes (Ambient Sounds Fix)

Can something please be done about the volume muting when a Plane is flying overhead or a Train is passing ? Please, this is very annoying… Happens when driving in the long Highway on the left (Plane overhead) & in the city Middle near the Trains. According to a source (MM1 Revisited V3 Mod dev), it's 'cause there's a cap on the number of simultaneous sounds being able to be played. I have a Dell Audio driver (/w external Mini-Speakers) on my Dell Inspiron 3543 Dual-Core Laptop running Windows 10.
