com.google.android.partnersetup responsible for auto rotation

Deleting com.google.android.partnersetup causes auto rotation not to work. The message in correlation to the package says "probably safe to disable; havent noticed any consequences of disabling from weeks of use.

This should be noted there. I was looking for the issue causing it for hours.

Apparently this is not the package responsible for autorotation. It still doesnt work
